Brampton in Motion Symposium
The Brampton Board of Trade is hosting a full-day symposium on September 26th to explore the future of housing and transportation in Brampton.
As the city grapples with a housing shortage and prepares for significant new construction to meet provincial targets, the morning session will begin with an update from the City of Brampton, followed by an in-depth discussion on the housing crisis featuring Dr. Mike Moffatt, one of the country’s leading housing experts.
After lunch, the focus will shift to Brampton's traffic congestion, concluding with a discussion on planned public transit infrastructure that promises to transform the city.
This event, the first of its kind, will bring together decision-makers and stakeholders from industry, government, academia, and civil society to discuss and shape advocacy priorities.
