The Hon. Charmaine Williams, Associate Minister of Women's Social and Economic Opportunity, and Humber College President Ann Marie Vaughan have broken ‘glass ceilings’ and blazed new paths. Join fellow business people as these two leaders talk about the challenges they have faced, the importance of creating inclusive pathways for future leaders and their plans for the coming year. This will be an authentic conversation with the first woman president of Humber College and the first black woman to be elected to Brampton City Council (2018) who is now Ontario’s Associate Minister of Women's Social and Economic Opportunity.
