I have a trait that is unique to HR professionals, that is a great love for HR tech.  For this reason, I decided to upgrade my skills with a Certificate in Digital HR (in process) from The Academy to Innovate HR.  I have the CHRP & CHRL designations (HRPA).  I am certified in the following assessments from Thomas International: Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), High Potential Trait Indicator (HPTI), and General Intelligence Assessment (GIA).
